5 years later...

Happy Anniversary to my sweetheart and good friend of 14 years.  This year marks our five year wedding anniversary.  We weren't sure how to celebrate it, given I am attached to the hip (or breast rather) to our new baby Mack.  We ended up taking a trip to Utah to Temple Square and enjoyed dinner at Tucano's.  It was a fun trip for our little family.  I wanted to commemorate our 5 years of marital bliss with some photo highlights over the years.  Enjoy!

Happy Thanksgiving!

We had a wonderful week celebrating Michael's birthday and our boy's first Thanksgiving.  Having Maternity leave during the holiday season is wonderful! We had the opportunity to visit family much longer than we normally get to.  Wednesday we celebrated Michael's birthday at his parent's house and had cake and ice cream.  It was a lot of fun.

Thursday we enjoyed Mack's first Turkey Day at Nana and Grandpa Funk's house.  

Friday night we went to Rupert Square for the annual Christmas lighting ceremony and fireworks.  It was fun to be there with all of Michael's sisters and their kiddies. So glad it wasn't freezing cold too.

   

             Cammy crocheted these super cute hats for her girls.  I really want to make one for Mack for Christmas next year.

We tried to get some family pictures with Mack for our Christmas card, but I chose a bad time.  He was grumpy and didn't enjoy most of the shoot.

Saturday we took Mack swimming, but he didn't last too long in the pool.  Don't get me wrong, he loves the water, but his hands and mouth were starting to look a little blue.  That pool is heated for lap swimmers and not babies!  We had fun for the 15 minutes or so that we swam.

Sunday Michael blessed Mack at my parent's ward building.  It was a beautiful blessing and Mack didn't cry the whole meeting.  Now grunting... that he did do. :)
